Yes — but only with proper consent. Sense is natively integrated with Shield's Consent Vault. Every alternate data and location signal is collected only after the customer provides explicit, purpose-specific consent that is SHA-256 signed, timestamped, and tamper-proof. Our legal team reviews every data source against DPDP 2023 requirements before it enters the Sense pipeline. Location signals are derived at an aggregated, non-identifiable level unless the customer has specifically consented to precise location sharing.
Contactability signals are inferred from publicly observable digital behaviour — app activity patterns, messaging channel engagement, email delivery signals, and device activity indicators — all collected within the bounds of DPDP 2023 consent. We do not access telecom records or private communications. The output is a channel-level reachability score: high, medium, or low, with the most effective channel ranked for your outreach team.
Our CLV models are trained on Indian financial behaviour data and validated across multiple BFSI client cohorts. They achieve 78–84% accuracy in predicting which customers fall into high, mid-premium, or low-value tiers — without the customer providing any explicit financial information. The models use digital footprint, location strata, UPI behaviour (where consented), and device signals as proxies. Accuracy varies by product type and is reported monthly per client segment.
